Annual Smile Contest will be at the Southern Hills Mall Court near Scheels. Check-in at 1pm, judging at 1:30pm.
Open to all children ages 4-12.
Finalists will be in the River-Cade Parade. Final judging will follow the River-Cade Parade at the Dairy Queen Ice Cream Social at the Long Lines Rec Center.
